Anyone have bad reactions to perfume?

I am having a feeling Like a vacuum is trying to suck the air out of me every time I am around perfume or when doing laundry with very perfumey detergent .Anyone have bad reactions to perfume?
More like allergic. I had a biology professor who was allergic to sweet perfumes and horses. He warned us the very first day and told us about some instances where he had some close calls. I would check with a doctor.
What you are describing is asthma. Keep away from those smells or you could get into trouble. Do you have a rescue inhaler? If not, you probably need one.
Perfume will throw me into a migraine.
I get migraines and sometimes perfumes will bring one on. Some perfumes seem to affect me more than others; the 'strong' fragrances are the worst. However, perfumed lotions, oils, creams, detergents etc don't usually cause me any problems for some reason.
