Are there Any type of Contact lens do the same what sun glasses do by protecting eyes from the sun?

they block out most of the uv rays.
I use the orange ones for running.
Nike( Nike max vision) makes two contact lenses one is a gray-green one is light orange both will protect from UV. they leave the landscape with a slightly yellow tint. they are of course Rx and plano and require Rx and fitting. I have been wearing them on arctic type snow for about 4 months and they are GOOD. If you don't wear sunglasses in the Arctic you have snow blindness in short order.
