BUNYUNS?? (sp?)?

Is it worth it to get them removed b/c I've heard it was quite painful...
I had an aunt who chose to get them removed and she was in bed for days...BUNYUNS?? (sp?)?
I had them removed (both sides on each foot) 10 years ago. I was in a cast & on crutches. If I had to, I'd do it again.
My grandmother had them, and she got them removed when she was about 20 or so. She said that they were quite painful for a while but she said it was worth it.
