Are Non-Surgical Nose Jobs Available Within The UK?

I am looking to have a non-surgical nose job (as in, injected with Radiesse) as I have a very slight bump at the top of my nose, which I do not believe warrants rhinoplasty. However, I can't seem to find anywhere in the UK that performs this procedure! I would really love to have the bump on my nose evened out asap, so if anyone can tell me of anywhere in the UK that performs this, I would be very grateful if you would let me know! In UK, you need to go to local pub, gulp down as much alcohol as you can, then go to nearest night club, find a nasty looking bloke and then kiss his girlfriend, he will then punch you right on the nose and your bumps will even out nicely, and alcohol bit is for anaesthesia, it will numb the pain and let you deal with trauma, later
How does that sound, may be you will end up having rhinoplasty after all.
Otherwise, buy a ticket to US, and book in a clinic and spend a fortune straightening a bump in your nose
