Something happened to a little girl and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what went wrong. the girl who is seven suddenly went blind. apparently she was having headaches for months...then one day after she was let out of school early, her mother told her to go to the public library and would meet her there after work. so after work...the woman is waiting on the child and wondering why it is taking so long for her to come out. so she goes inside to go see what's happening. when she went inside..she realised her daughter had gone totally blind and could not find her way out. the girl said she just saw red and pink and orange and then nothing, and right after..her senses just hightened..she could smell cotton candy from like a half a mile away..and the girl does not seem fazed at all. so..does anyone know what caused it? just looking for some answers.thanksAnyone have any idea??
I'm sure a doctor would be able to explain. Headaches can sometimes happen with tumors but I'm sure there are lots of other possibilities
Please consult a good doctor
Visit a good doctor or get help at your local hospital.
so is the child still blind? it shoulds like a blood vessel in brain was bursting or she had detached retinas.
i cant explain the bing able to smell cotton candy
I'll put my money on either detached retinas, stroke or embolysm, but, as others have suggested, YOU need to get HER in to see a DOCK TORE!
I confess to some morbid fascination over the question of why anyone with a child who went instantly blind would consult with Yahoo. What's up with that?!
Or is this just one of those "solve the medical mystery" questions?
