Argh! I've noticed I'm getting thread veins on my thighs. What can I do to get rid of them/stop them?

I'm not overweight, I have an active job (ie I dont sit at a desk all day) and exercise at least twice a week. Not sure if any of these things would make a difference!Argh! I've noticed I'm getting thread veins on my thighs. What can I do to get rid of them/stop them?
I think most beauty salons would treat them for you.
I would not go to a beauty salon, but i would seek advise from either a dermatologist or a vein specialist.
those are called spider nevi
its somehow like a developing varicose veins
try not to stand for long periods of time for it causes your blood to return up slower..
causing dilation of your veins
then, at the end of the day
you can lie on your bed and raise your feet so that more blood from your lower extremities will return to the heart thus, decreaseing the risk of further complications
plus you must wear breatheable, non-constricting underwear, pants, and skirts...so that there will be good blood flow...
if you wish to remove those spider nevi, just go to your doctor...and consider a sclerotherapy..
they will inject a drug to decrease the size of your veins...
and.your problem is solved
thanks
It is possible to have them cauterised by laser, this is of course a private cosmetic procedure.
you cant do anything but have them removed by laser, the laser burns the vien away just under the skin. most people dont look that closely, i would not worry they are harmless.
