i have this small round bump on my hip. it used to be blue then changed to purple. when i went to the doctor she cut a small hole and got some stuff out. it was a tiny black thing with white dots. she said it was probably pencil lead but i don't think it is. i was on antibiotics for about 4 days when the infection disappeared. now it's back but this time it's all black. when i press down on it i feel something inside. should i go to the doctor immediately or just take some medicine? what is it?Black bump?
Go to the doctor. Don't mess with this -- it could be some sort of abscess, and if it gets infected, that could cause trouble.
