Bellybutton peircing/hernia question?

i was born with Umbilical hernia: a bulge around the belly button.
when i was about 9, i got it sugically removed, im turning 15 soon, and i want to get my belly button peirced, i dont know if i should, i really want to though, is it a bad idea? because now my stomach is just flat, witha scar where the hernia was...Bellybutton peircing/hernia question?
IF its what you want, go for it. I have mine done. Never had a problem and I love it.
You should either ask your doctor if the piercing could cause any problems.
