Bad stomach ache?

i was in hawaii for 2 weeks and while i was there i pretty much only ate fruit. i came back home and started eating normal, and i have had really bad stomach aches and gas. do you no why i am getting these?Bad stomach ache?
Your digestive system probably needs to adjust itself to heavier foods.It should be back to normal soon.Try not to eat too much at once though.
IDK. Try tapering from the fruit to your normal food. that might help.Also go to a doc
Probably your bowel recovering from fiber overload. Hawaii's water is safe to drink, although it has different bacteria in it that the water at home, so that may be a little of it.
