Any book about curing panic attack?

Any book about curing panic attack?
First of all there no cure for panic attacks but you can learn how to overcome them and how to stop them in their tracks. I have two books to suggest that really helped me with both panic attacks and anxiety. The first book is The anxiety and phobia workbook by Edmund J. Bourne, PH.D. Even though it it doesn't say panic attacks in its title it does do a good job over covering this issue and good techniques to use. The second one is Overcoming anxiety for dummies. Bye Charles H. Elliot PhD and Laura L. Smith PhD. I would highly recommend both of these to you as they were a great deal of help for me. Good luck!
there was a guy jamie blyth, or jamie blight, and he wrote a book on social anxiety and panic attacks. I read it, and it was somewhat helpful. it had real life experiences, good tips, and websites, and other books that can help you coping with this disease.
