Anyone know an agency or group that can help with hospital expenses?

My aunt needs angioplasty according to the doctor right away, but she does not have insurance and she is working a contract job for less than $18k a year. Any place in Alabama that could help would be greatly appreciated.Anyone know an agency or group that can help with hospital expenses?
If her income is that low, she likely qualifies for Medicaid. When she goes to the doctor tomorrow she might can ask to talk to a billing person or social worker about applying.
