Anyone ever done a saltwater cleanse before?

ok obviously the other two people that answered aren't quite smart enough to be reading questions on the computer. LOL
I have never tried it, but know a couple that have and they said it worked and did wonders!!
You must be referring to the saltwater cleanse that is used in master cleanse diet ?
I did the master cleanse diet but I skipped the saltwater part. I find that it's dangerous.

Please stay away from the saltwater and just stick with the lemonade / master cleanse diet.
