Anyone heard of Codrydamol?????Its not very good?

I took it becuase it said it contained paracetamol and i had a toothache, the next day it felt like my heart was throbbing very violently, any reasins why this happened,Anyone heard of Codrydamol?????Its not very good?
its supposed to be a strong pain killer,but dosent work for everybody. you were prob alergic to one of the ingredients or might have been too strong for you. next time stick to paracetamol or go to the dentist.
It is slightly stronger than any over the counter medicine and is usually given on prescription, you may find it was too strong for you. Were you prescribed it from the dentist, I'd go and get something different if I were you and stick with Ibuprofen or the like.

I've taken that before and had no problems. What does it say in the side effects? Maybe you should see your doctor. I certainly would. There may be an underlying problem that you don't know about.

they are really strong painkillers. i was given them with a mastoid infection, and along with the drip antibiotics i was really violently sick
It is codeine and parecetamol. You shouldn't take too many and stick strictly to the dosage guidelines. Codeine is a very strong pain-killer, it should slow your heart down if anything and make you feel a little dreamy. Try an aspirin next time or see your pharmacist or dentist.
Codrydamol is horrid!
Its stronger than cocodymol (can't spell it for the life of me!) which is pretty bloody strong anyway!!
Do not take either of these products if you have a Thyroid problem (especially an over-active thyroid glande) as they can cause you to be really poorly!
